Welcome to Chomsky Cleaning Service. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and interactions with Chomsky Cleaning Service (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Chomsky Cleaning Service offers residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Ontario, Canada. Service details, pricing, and schedules will be discussed and confirmed with each client prior to the commencement of work.
Booking: Services can be booked via our website, phone, or email. All appointments are subject to availability.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: We’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests with reasonable notice.
Fees: All service fees will be disclosed prior to booking.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, e-transfer, and other secure methods.
Late Payments: Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges.
To ensure effective service delivery, clients agree to:
Provide accurate information about the property and required services
Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property
Remove or secure valuables and personal items prior to the cleaning visit
Notify us in advance of any special instructions or concerns
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange for a re-clean or discuss a suitable resolution.
Limited Liability: Chomsky Cleaning Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage, unstable items, or situations beyond our control.
Loss of Items: We advise clients to secure valuables. We are not liable for missing items unless there is clear evidence of misconduct by our staff.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is unsafe, unsanitary beyond reasonable expectations, or if staff are subject to harassment or unsafe conditions.
By using our website, you agree not to:
Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access secured areas without authorization
Copy or misuse content for commercial purposes
We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how your data is collected, used, and protected in accordance with PIPEDA and Canadian privacy laws.
